Stockton has announced that it has entered into a registration transfer agreement with Jebagro, a division of Jebsen and Jessen, Germany.

Under the agreement, Stockton has agreed to sell part of its generic registrations and distribution rights for various countries in Central and South America and in the Philippines to Jebagro. This divestment is part of Stockton’s strategy to move away from generic conventional products to biotechnology and hybrid crop protection products.
